Medical Disclaimer & Safety Guidelines

1. Educational Content Purpose & Clinical Scope

All articles, clinical guides, and informational materials published on the Bidayah platform are prepared strictly for public education and health literacy. They do not constitute formal medical consultation, individual diagnosis, or a replacement for hands-on clinical evaluation conducted by a licensed physician or physiotherapist.

2. Treating Physician Clearance Requirement

Patients and caregivers must obtain explicit medical clearance from their primary treating physician (orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, cardiologist, or general practitioner) prior to initiating any home rehabilitation exercise regimen, ensuring vital sign stability, tissue healing integrity, and exercise suitability.

3. Scope of In-Home Care & Emergency Boundaries

In-home physical therapy is exclusively designed for functional and movement rehabilitation in medically stable patients; it is neither equipped nor intended for acute resuscitation or emergency intervention. If acute red-flag symptoms occur (such as sudden crushing chest pain radiating to the jaw/arm, severe respiratory distress, sudden loss of consciousness, or abrupt hemiparesis), contact the Egyptian Ambulance Service (123) or proceed immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.
